Finance Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead end-to-end offboarding operations, serve as the primary subject matter expert across the firm, and collaborate with key business partners to ensure smooth, risk-managed transitions in Asset and Wealth Management. Beyond daily execution, you will play a key role in optimizing workflows, maintaining strong internal controls, and shaping a seamless stakeholder experience. Please note, this team works fully onsite at the office in Plano, TX. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Offboarding Leadership: Drive the end-to-end execution of client and account exit requests, ensuring precise, compliant, and timely resolution. Complex Inquiry Resolution: Analyze daily exit requests, determine optimal action plans, and swiftly resolve operational blockers or edge cases. Stakeholder & Advisor Engagement: Communicate clearly and cross-functionally with financial advisors, supervisory managers, and key internal partners to align approvals and drive swift execution. Reporting & Insights: Track pending exits and deliver clear, data-driven status updates and metrics reporting to business partners and executive leadership. Process Improvement & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify operational gaps, mitigate risk, and lead workflow enhancements to build a more efficient, exit framework. Documentation & Controls: Maintain and continuously refine comprehensive desktop procedures to preserve a robust, control-focused operating environment. Cross-Functional Influence: Build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels, influencing decisions to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
