About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Vice President of Operations to provide hands-on executive leadership during a critical operational transition. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational stabilization efforts across manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and production functions. This role involves conducting operational reviews, workflow assessments, and value stream mapping to identify and implement process improvements. The Interim VP of Operations will also be tasked with developing and overseeing the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies, as well as KPI reporting and operational metrics to enhance visibility and execution.
