Position: Direct Marketing Manager
Compensation: Salary Plus Commission Plus Overrides
South Florida's Impact Window is expanding and looking for an experienced Direct Marketing Manager (Canvassing) to build, coach, and lead a winning door-to-door sales team.
This is a leadership opportunity with exceptional earning potential through base salary, commissions, and team overrides .

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire canvassers
- Train, coach, and motivate your team
- Lead daily team meetings and field ride-alongs
- Develop neighborhood canvassing strategies
- Manage performance and drive appointment generation
- Build a positive, high-performance culture
Experience:
- Proven experience managing a door-to-door canvassing team
- Experience in home improvement, water treatment, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, or similar industries
- Strong leadership and recruiting skills
- Track record of hitting team goals
