Responsibilities Infuse the team with positivity and infectious enthusiasm. Train staff to become BBQ experts through coaching, feedback, and sharing best practices. Lead by example, ensuring every team member stays on track. Deliver outstanding guest experiences that exceed expectations. Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner. Manage behind‑the‑scenes administrative duties. Track financial performance and understand the impact of operations on the bottom line. Qualifications Hold or be able to obtain Food Manager Certification and TABC Certification. Attend shifts as scheduled and maintain proper uniform. Stand for 10‑12 hours and be physically able to lift up to 65 pounds. Follow instructions accurately and efficiently. Possess good hearing for clear communication. Excellent multi‑tasking skills.
