• Previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering results
• Positive, high-energy leadership style with a passion for hospitality
• Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to develop future leaders and build a positive team culture
• Must love pizza!

Compensation

$ 70,000 - $85,000 annually

Performance Bonus: Up to $13,000 annually ($1,000 per period, 13 periods per year)

A Day In The Life

As the General Manager, you'll lead every aspect of restaurant operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests thrive.

You'll spend your days:

• Coaching and developing future leaders
• Building a positive, high-performing culture
• Hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
• Leading a team of up to 75 team members
• Delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences
• Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and food quality
• Monitoring restaurant financial performance
• Leading monthly team meetings and celebrating wins
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and company standards
• Partnering with your Area Manager & Director of Operations to continually improve the business
