Growth Lead

Reporting to the CEO, this Growth Lead will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and retention by experimenting across social, viral, and paid channels. This role is highly entrepreneurial, requiring hustle, creativity, and an obsession with finding growth loops that work. Qualifications 1–4 years of hands‑on growth, marketing, or community experience (agency, startup, or personal projects all count) Strong grasp of viral loops, social media algorithms, and digital distribution strategies Familiarity with agencies and vendors for running ads on Twitter (X), Instagram, and other performance channels Proven ability to hustle: cold DMs, networking, and finding backdoor ways to reach decision‑makers and creators Strong work ethic, self‑starter mentality, and willingness to experiment relentlessly Analytical mindset with the ability to track what’s working and double down quickly No formal education requirements Responsibilities Design and execute growth experiments across social media, paid ads, partnerships, and community initiatives Build and optimize viral loops to accelerate organic growth and user engagement Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers for performance marketing campaigns Identify and secure high‑leverage partnerships through outbound outreach and creative networking Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate strategies based on results Stay on top of emerging platforms, social trends, and new growth tactics before they become mainstream Operate with speed, autonomy, and resourcefulness—finding ways to get results with limited playbooks Eclipse is building the fastest Ethereum Layer 2, powered by the Solana VM.
