Job Description Job Title: Accounts Manager Reports To: Store Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Summary: Responsible for managing customer accounts and achieving established levels of revenue and collection rates as directed by the Store Manager and general office by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities Maintains complete knowledge of the castle plan and customer rental agreement.* Maintains current knowledge of the accounts status of all rental customers.* Develops and trains customers diligently to achieve on time payment habits.* Explains the rental agreement to the customer in some cases Delivers, installs, and picks-up products to and from the customer's home as needed in a safe and damage free manner.* Retrieves products from the homes of customers who choose not to renew the rental agreement.* Documents and receives customers payment successfully in the field and store.* Performs preventative maintenance on delivery vehicles to ensure top safe operating condition.* Operates the delivery vehicle safely, following all laws, regulations, and company procedures.* Cleans returned products.* Assists the store manager in controlling inventory.* Assists in receiving product into the store by following the proper inventory receiving and transfer procedures.* Maintains records and documentation.* Performs other related duties as needed.
