Rib Crib is looking for a Cook who's ready to jump in, work hard, and help us keep it saucy for every guest who walks through the door. No pitmaster experience? No problem. We'll teach you the smoker — you bring the hustle.What You'll Be DoingPrepping, cutting, and smoking meats and poultry like a rising pit bossKeeping the kitchen moving — from prep to plate, fast and cleanHustling pans, trays, and containers between stations, smokers, and coolersKeeping your station spotless (a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen)Jumping in wherever the team needs you — we win togetherWhat You BringAvailability nights and weekends (this is a must!)A strong work ethic and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchenAbility to follow recipes and prep instructionsA positive attitude and a team-first mindsetBBQ experience is a huge plus — but not required. Certifications/Licenses: Food Handler's Permit where applicable.Physical & Mental Requirements: Position requires the employee to perform most of the work from a standing position for long periods of time frequently walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, cutting, carrying, kneeling, or stooping. Work may occasionally involve periods of lifting up to 30 pounds with occasional lifting not to exceed 80 pounds.
