Plant Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Forest Park, GA! In this role you’ll be a key player in shaping a supportive, engaging, and high-performing work culture at the production plant. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations on the night shift, ensuring the facility, equipment, and systems run efficiently, reliably, and safely so we can continue delivering quality products.

salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure proper maintenance practices and timely repairs.
• Assign tasks and prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and criticality of equipment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to reduce equipment downtime and increase reliability.
• Monitor and schedule regular inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate and prioritize emergency repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
• Ensure that maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
