Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Supervisor's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

-Follow up on work done by Trust techs per visit.

-Expediter of all equipment repairs per restaurant (self repair or oversee vendor repairs according to list provided)

-Oversee daily cleaning assignments per restaurant

-Coordinate spare parts and equipment in storage for needed restaurant uses.

-Check lighting of stores monthly and oversee repairs as needed.
