Position Summary

Metrology CDSEM provides critical dimension measurements that are key to ensuring product yield, collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Module Integration, Device, and Unit Process groups. As a Metrology CDSEM technician, the main responsibilities are recipe management, tool qualification and responding to customer requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, an excellent communicator and a strong team player.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Set up NPI recipes for CDSEM toolset.
• Manage recipe change points with clear documentation and communication.
• Perform tool qualifications post hardware change points.
• Handle internal customer requests from other departments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing team to prioritize tasks.
• Work Hours: B shift (Night), Sunday through Tuesday with alternating Saturdays.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• Education: High school degree or higher.
• Work experience: Minimum 1 year of industry experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

The current base salary range for this role is between $20.50 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
