Process Improvement Specialist (Hybrid / Telework)

Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to support the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Improvement Sciences Directorate. This role supports Navy Medicine’s mission to improve operational readiness through standardized process improvement, project execution, and data-driven decision-making across geographically distributed commands. This Process Improvement Specialist will execute Continuous Process Improvement initiatives, support project delivery, and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies across commands with varying levels of Improvement Sciences maturity. This position follows a hybrid delivery model with approximately 60 percent onsite support at the Naval Medical Forces Development Command, San Antonio, TX, and 40 percent virtual.
