This position involves providing care to adult and geriatric patients. The clinic operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and holidays. The nurse will care for 6 to 7 patients per shift, with only 3 patients at a given time. Documentation will be completed using the EPIC system. Patients will primarily present with diagnoses related to genitourinary cancers, hematology, and sarcomas. The unit features 46 rooms to accommodate patient visits and is equipped to provide necessary interdisciplinary support. Nurses will have access to resources such as IV teams, respiratory services, and social services. Professional references are required as part of the application process. The candidate must complete fingerprinting as part of the credentialing requirements. RNs must have attended an accredited nursing program.
