As one of the fastest growing companies in our industry, new opportunities are regularly available that enable our team members to develop, grow, and pursue their career passions.Objectives of this RoleThe Branch Manager in Austell, GA will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals.Supervisory Responsibilities:Oversees and participates in the recruitment, hiring, and training of branch personnelOversees schedules and assignments for the branchOversees branch revenue and profitabilityConducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.Duties/Responsibilities:Oversees production process to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and financial goals and standards are metEnsures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with federal and state regulationsWorks with Regional Manager to develop operating budget and manages P&L for the branchCollaborates with sales and uses historical and forecasting data to establish and maintain proper inventory levels meeting customer and cash management needsDelivers reports to executive team members as requestedOversees equipment purchase and maintenance for achieving optimal cost, quality, and safety of production processCollaborates with corporate office to set performance standards.
