This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to break into outside sales, business-to-business sales, or insurance sales while receiving the training and support needed to develop a successful career.

No extensive insurance background is required. We'll teach you the industry, our products, and our sales process through a combination of virtual classroom training, hands-on field training, ongoing coaching, and professional development .

As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll work within a designated territory and meet face-to-face with small and medium-sized business owners and key decision-makers .

You'll learn how to identify business needs, present supplemental insurance solutions, build client relationships, and develop your own book of business.

This is a self-directed outside sales position that gives you the opportunity to take ownership of your schedule, activity, and results.

• Prospect for new business within your assigned territory

• Conduct business-to-business cold calling and outreach

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers

• Present supplemental insurance products and coverage options

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Schedule appointments with potential and current clients

• Contact new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who may benefit from additional service

• Build and maintain your own book of business

• Respond to client emails and phone calls professionally

• Participate in scheduled team meetings, coaching, and training

• Manage your weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager

• Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience after high school

• Candidates within 6 months of completing their degree may be considered

• Candidates with less than 4 years of professional experience may be considered if they have relevant or specialized outside sales experience
