We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide expert care and ensure a safe, healthy environment for students and staff. This contract position offers a balanced schedule-work 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, between July 7th and August 7th.


Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure
• Previous experience in a school setting, or demonstrated ability in pediatric or community nursing
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff
• Capacity to respond calmly and professionally to emergencies
• CPR and First Aid certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver routine and emergency health services to students, including medication administration and minor injury care
• Implement health care plans for students with chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in accordance with school policies
• Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and community healthcare providers
• Promote healthy habits and provide education on health-related topics
• Monitor compliance with state immunization and health requirements
