Nurse Practitioner | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Warwick, RI Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive, one-time Compensation and Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments. Conduct physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Perform METs testing and evaluate respiratory and cardiovascular health for diagnostic purposes. Execute primarily interview-based examinations without prescribing medications or providing ongoing treatment. Complete electronic medical reports and findings through a dedicated provider portal. Maintain compliance with all facility standards, ensuring the clinical environment meets accessibility and safety requirements. Qualifications & Credentialing Current and unrestricted Full Nurse Practitioner license. National certification through the AANP is required. Proficiency in METs testing and the evaluation of cardiovascular and respiratory conditions. Must be willing to complete and become DMA certified (training provided). Requirement to own a laptop (specifically non-Apple/Mac products) for report submission. Must provide a CV that includes a current home address. Must provide office location details and specific facility photos (including signage, parking, exam rooms with protective paper, and ADA-compliant restrooms) at the time of presentation. Background in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or orthopedic surgery is preferred. Submission of a Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days and ECFMG certificate (if applicable) is required. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,200 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer (inclusive of report completion and administrative addendums). Half-day Rate: $600 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less.
