Start date: ASAP. Ratios: 1:25-1:28. Years of experience required: 5 years hospital case management. First-timers accepted: Yes, will review. Weekends required: No. Certifications required: Not required. Is on-call required? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Open to accommodating block schedule?
