Lash Technician

Salary: $16/hour or commission (whichever is greater) Address: 12211 Nebel Street , North Bethesda , Maryland 20852 The Lash Technician is a skilled service provider who delivers exceptional lash services while embodying the elevated standards of our salon. This role requires both technical excellence and a strong service mindset. The ideal candidate is fully immersed in their craft, attentive to the needs of the salon as a whole, and committed to creating refined, confidence-boosting results for every guest. Lash Technicians are expected to balance artistry, professionalism, and sales performance while contributing positively to team culture and the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality lash services, including: Individual lash extensions Lash lifts Lash tints Deliver a luxury guest experience through consultation, customization, and exceptional service Maintain strong product and service knowledge to educate and recommend appropriately to guests Meet or exceed monthly service and retail performance goals Uphold salon standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism Manage appointment timing efficiently to support optimal book utilization Build and maintain guest relationships to encourage retention and rebooking Remain present, engaged, and supportive of the salon team and daily operations Communicate effectively with Guest Services and leadership to ensure seamless service flow Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion and confidence Participate in continued education, training, and skill development as required Actively recruit new guests, post consistently on personal social media platforms, and share salon content to showcase work, support professional growth, and drive cross-referrals. Capture and share personal work with the marketing team to contribute to salon content and collaborative marketing efforts.
