• The estimated pay rate for this role is $$25/hr plus a 24% commission on generated revenue that brings your average yearly pay to an average of $70,000 - $100,000+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems while guiding customers towards informed decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
• Keep the company truck organized and inventory up to date.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Participate in on-call rotations and ongoing training for professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a service plumbing role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Preferred: Journeyman License.
• Strong commitment to customer service and professional appearance.
• Willingness to obtain any necessary certifications.
