This role is not about managing a traditional personal lines departmentit is about creating a differentiated, referral-driven, relationship-centric business that delivers exceptional service to sophisticated clients. You will lead the transformation of our Personal Insurance Practice into a high-performing Private Client business by:

• Building a specialized team focused on high-net-worth families
• Developing deep referral relationships with wealth managers and key executives
• Elevating the client experience to a concierge-level standard
• Driving profitable growth without reliance on traditional marketing or sales models

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• 10+ years in personal insurance, including high net-worth segment
• Valid P&C Insurance license: Required
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong carrier knowledge
• Strong relationship builder

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
