Clinical Director

Kids Thrive offers outpatient treatment programs for children aged 3-12 experiencing significant mental health symptoms. We provide activities that help children grow and learn, preparing them for childcare centers or school environments. Using the Developmental Repair Model, we address specific goals identified by parents and caregivers in individual skill sessions and therapy sessions with licensed providers. Center Director This is a full-time, on-site role as a Center Director, located in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Center Director will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent structure and routines for the children. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating care plans, implementing and monitoring developmental and therapeutic programs, and conducting family sessions. The Center Director will also engage with families and caregivers, providing support and addressing their concerns to facilitate the children’s progress and development. Qualifications Experience in staff supervision and operational management within a childcare or educational setting Knowledge of mental health treatments and therapeutic strategies for young children Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, families, and healthcare professionals Proficiency in developing and implementing structured programs and routines Ability to manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and coordinating resources Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Toledo, OH $100,000.00-$175,000.00 2 weeks ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
