This Sales Development Rep (SDR) role is designed to be the starting point for a long-term career in real estate acquisitions. As you gain experience, you'll learn how to evaluate deals, negotiate with homeowners, and eventually manage your own pipeline from start to finish.

At Beachworks, promotions aren't based on time—they're earned through performance, initiative, and results.

Compensation: $60,000–$120,000+ (Monthly Training Pay + Upside Commission)

During your onboarding and ramp-up period, you'll receive $4,000 per month for at least the first months , plus upside commission on every qualified deal you generate .

As you consistently hit key performance milestones and demonstrate success in the role, you'll have the opportunity to advance into an Acquisitions Manager position with greater earning potential. High performers may also have the opportunity to transition into a full-time W-2 employee if that aligns with their career goals and the needs of the business.

There is no ceiling on your earnings. Your results directly drive your income.

Important Note: This is not a traditional retail real estate role. You will not be listing homes or representing buyers. A real estate license is not required.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generationn

• Make a high volume of warm outbound calls to local homeowners

• Respond to inbound seller inquiries

• Follow up consistently until clear outcomes are reached

Lead Qualification

• Identify seller motivation, timing, and expectations

• Gather basic property details and confirm details listed on county records

• Qualify opportunities for advancement

• Set appointments and warm handoffs to Acquisitions Managers

CRM & Sales Process

• Track all calls, notes, and follow-ups in Salesforce

• Maintain clean and accurate lead records

• Hit daily and weekly KPIs

• Participate in regular coaching and performance reviews

Qualifications:

We're less concerned with real estate experience than we are with your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another people-focused role.

• Feel comfortable talking with new people and building rapport over the phone.

• Be confident making outbound calls and following up consistently.

• Be organized and able to keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline in a CRM like Salesforce (or be willing to learn).

• Be a good listener who can understand a homeowner's situation and ask thoughtful questions.

• Stay motivated in a performance-driven environment where persistence is key.

• Be dependable, coachable, and eager to grow into a larger sales role.

Previous real estate experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you're driven, coachable, and willing to put in the work, we'll teach you the rest.
