Reports To: Director of Marketing Services Location: Columbus, OH, Hybrid, Monday onsite, Tuesday‑Friday remote Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in or relocating to Columbus, OH Compensation: $75,000 Annually The Client The client is a specialized marketing agency that partners with dental practices to drive growth through strategic branding, creative storytelling, and digital marketing. Their services include website development, content creation, photography, videography, paid advertising, and marketing strategy. The client is dedicated to helping businesses build meaningful connections with their audiences through authentic, story-driven marketing that delivers measurable results. The Role The agency is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Digital Marketing Strategist to join their team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies for their dental clients nationwide. You'll drive patient acquisition, elevate brands, and lead a talented team of SEO, Digital Ads, and Social Media specialists. You must be residing in the Columbus, Ohio, metropolitan area. Responsibilities Nurture strong client relationships, acting as their go-to marketing expert and strategic advisor. Maintain a sharp focus on client retention, providing regular performance reports and helping your team deliver results. Implement strategic marketing plans that align with client goals and target audiences. Collaborate with a team of digital experts (SEO, Ads, and Social Media) to produce compelling, brand-building campaigns. Participate in weekly team meetings, offering guidance, feedback, and accountability. Oversee cross-channel marketing efforts—digital, social, and paid ads. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Keep an eye on the industry pulse—trends, tools, and best practices. What You Bring Must be based in Central Ohio. 3+ years of marketing strategy experience, ideally in healthcare or dental sectors. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred). Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, particularly Google and Meta Ads. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sharp analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. Proven project management capabilities, keeping multiple moving parts aligned. A passion for storytelling, with the ability to translate brand messages into impactful marketing narratives.
