Essential functions of the Head of School include leading the vision for success in education, inspiring all stakeholders, managing and developing senior staff, and partnering with the Board of Trustees and funders to secure necessary resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership, a deep commitment to the values of the school, and the ability to bring an entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented approach to the role.
