Production Associate

Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Bow, NH , is seeking reliable Production Associates to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stable hours, excellent benefits, and long-term growth potential. Employees are eligible for a 90-day performance evaluation with the opportunity to earn an increase in pay based on performance. Location: Bow, NH Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour to start Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Responsibilities Stack, package, and move materials throughout the facility Inspect products and verify measurements to ensure quality standards Load raw materials and assist with production operations Perform material handling and other physical tasks Support a safe and efficient production environment Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
