- Licenses/Certifications: Active RRT license (AZ, CA, NV), BLS certified
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in respiratory care or home healthcare preferred
- Hourly Rate: $32-$36/hour, based on experience
- Bonus Opportunities: Sign-on bonus of $4,000 ($2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days)
- Mileage Reimbursement: For patient visits

- Conduct in-home patient assessments and monitor respiratory equipment
- Provide education on respiratory device use and maintenance
- Adjust ventilator settings and troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices
- Support patients with oxygen therapy, sleep apnea devices, and wound care as needed
- Coordinate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits and care plans
- Travel within service areas using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Participate in on-call duties for ventilator issues, as needed
- Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in AZ, CA, NV
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- BLS certification
- Willingness to travel across multiple states and work independently
- Experience in home healthcare settings
- Completion of an accredited respiratory care program
- Knowledge of ventilator management, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea, or wound care
