Sr. Manager, Bus. Development & Campaign Support (Onsite)

Senior Manager, Business Development and Campaign Support Location: East Hartford, CT, USA. Type: Onsite. U.S. Citizenship required. Position Overview Senior Manager in the Mature Commercial Engines Business Development and Campaign Support team, working cross‑functionally to develop new service offerings, aftermarket support, and pricing strategies for Mature Commercial Engines sales campaigns. Responsibilities Lead designated projects with support from the Business Development team and cross‑functional partners. Collaborate with the Pricing and Aftermarket Transactional Sales team and other functional areas including Customer Strategy, Finance, Fleet Management, Network, Contracts, Legal, and Programs. Develop new services, perform competitiveness analysis, and formulate strategies with customer representatives. Provide aftermarket support for sales campaigns, including campaign strategy formulation for Mature Commercial Engines aftermarket sales campaigns. Develop technical and financial analysis quantifying the business impact of new services and strategies. Evaluate and propose alternative offerings that add value to customers and Pratt & Whitney. Present analyses and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience OR advanced degree with 7 years of experience. Experience in project management, customer support, strategic planning, customer contract negotiation, or business development. Proven analytical abilities and effective collaboration skills. Track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Project management experience leading cross‑functional teams. Customer‑facing background with strong negotiation skills. Experience presenting to senior executives. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD.
