Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects from start to finish. Develop detailed project plans, including schedule, budget, and resources needed to meet objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related issues and drive resolution. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to meet project goals. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders. Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements while managing projects. Contribute to risk management, including identification, analysis, and mitigation of potential risks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily housing projects. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, materials, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and standard office software (MS Office, Excel). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
