In this role, you will manage network infrastructure solutions and data center networking, supporting critical Google products like AI/ML, Cloud, Search, Ads, Maps, and YouTube. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead highly cross-functional systems programs (hardware and software) focused on networking technologies (switches/fabric) from inception to deployment, ensuring predictability, quality, and tangible value for our customers. Align team members and stakeholders through clear, widespread, and transparent communication. Utilize technical judgment, especially in networking hardware and software (switches/fabric), to drive project delivery, lead technology reviews, guide technical proposals, and build consensus across cross-functional teams. Track deliverables and incrementally deliver customer value. Contribute to improving Google's on-time delivery of network capacity with high availability and maximum efficiency.
