This is a hands‑on role where you'll keep commercial and residential refrigeration systems running at peak performance — all while working with a company that values your expertise and craftsmanship. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment, HVAC/R units, and cooling systems Install new refrigeration equipment and ensure proper system startup and commissioning Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant‑related issues on a variety of systems Handle refrigerant recovery, recharge, and leak detection in compliance with EPA regulations Communicate effectively with customers regarding service findings and recommendations Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentation Requirements: EPA 608 Universal Certification required 5+ years of hands‑on refrigeration or HVAC/R service experience Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and controls Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and equipment schematics Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field Strong customer service and communication skills About Us: Refrigeration Plus LLC is a trusted refrigeration service provider serving the Colorado Springs area with quality workmanship and dependable service.
