HVAC Technician (Commercial)Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hourWe are seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician to join our growing team. This position is focused on servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems for a variety of commercial facilities.This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is looking for a long-term career with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and a take-home company vehicle.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipmentPerform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliabilityService rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, exhaust systems, and related commercial equipmentInspect equipment, identify issues, and recommend appropriate repairsRead wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manualsComplete service documentation accurately and in a timely mannerCommunicate professionally with customers while providing excellent serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentParticipate in an after-hours on-call rotationFollow all company safety policies and industry standardsQualificationsPrevious commercial HVAC service experience requiredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience working on commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration equipmentEPA Certification preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsScheduleFull-timeMonday through Friday7:00 AM – 4:00 PMPlenty of overtime opportunitiesParticipation in an after-hours on-call rotationCompensation & Benefits$27.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)Take-home company vehicleConsistent 40+ hour work weeksOvertime opportunitiesBenefits package anticipated to begin September 1Stable, long-term career opportunity with a growing commercial service team
