Office Administrator

B Side Selections, LLC is a locally owned distributor of fine wine and spirits that is a dynamic, growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and support our day-to-day business operations. Position Overview The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting accounting and inventory processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize company records, documents, and digital files Support accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation Manage schedules, calendars, and communication for internal teams Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents Assist with inventory and purchase order management as needed Manage product entry within internal sales platforms and ERP Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal staff Support general office functions, including supply management and correspondence Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory) Strong Microsoft Excel skills , including formulas, data organization, and data entry Experience with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or related roles Experience in the beverage, distribution, or hospitality industry (a plus) If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for wines and spirits, and you thrive in a challenging yet rewarding sales environment, we encourage you to apply.
