  residential settings.
• Surface Restoration : Patch drywall, sand, and refinish wood or composite surfaces to restore
  professional appearance.
• Exterior Carpentry : Repair or install fences, gates, decks, and exterior trim; perform weatherproofing
  or sealing as needed.
• Preventive & Responsive Maintenance : Assess conditions, identify issues, and complete work orders
promptly while maintaining site safety and cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration : Coordinate with OSPM crews across other trades — painting, electrical,
plumbing, and general maintenance — to ensure seamless project completion.
• Safety & Tool Care : Operate hand and power tools safely, maintain equipment, and follow company
  and site safety protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
