Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ED)

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department provides leadership within the healthcare team by establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care. Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion, the nurse guides patients through their health journey while ensuring care management aligns with current policies and procedures.
