Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Financing Specialist to join our team at our Distribution Center location in Rogersville, MO. The ideal candidate will assist customers in securing financing options for their purchases, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding and selecting appropriate financing options for their purchases.
• Process credit applications and verify customer information accurately.
• Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing approvals.
• Explain financing terms, conditions, and payment plans clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of financing transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on current financing products, rates, and industry regulations.
• Resolve any financing-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales financing, lending, or a related financial services role is a plus.
• Strong understanding of credit applications, loan processing, and financing products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with financing software or CRM systems.
