Payroll Supervisor

As a Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to payment processing, and ensure seamless communication with our HR and accounting teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the payroll department, including data entry, processing, and record-keeping

• Coordinate and reconcile payroll processing with HR and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, banks, and other external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Perform complex payroll calculations, including taxes, benefits, and deductions

• Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in payroll management

Requirements:

• Experience in payroll processing and management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with ability to work collaboratively with HR, accounting, and other teams

• Familiarity with payroll software and systems , with ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly

• Certifications in payroll processing and management , such as CPP/CPA or FPC/FPSA (preferred but not required)
