In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting our sales team and internal operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong customer-first mindset, maintains a professional demeanor, and possesses solid technical skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced proficiency in Excel, along with experience working in a SharePoint environment is strongly preferred.

Position Purpose As a Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the success of our business. As a member of the Sales Support Team, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions regarding orders, products, and services. This position acts as a liaison between customers, Sales Account Representatives, and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and customer needs are met. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and order status
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and proactively resolve issues
• Communicate customer feedback and service trends to internal departments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience working within a SharePoint environment preferred
