Senior Manager, Healthcare Analytics

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Senior Manager, Healthcare Analytics will drive the execution of analytics strategy by managing enterprise-wide projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to improve business performance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of analytics projects, translating business goals into actionable solutions Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate development efforts with business and technical partners Mentor and develop a team of analysts while ensuring alignment of deliverables with strategic objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and managing large databases Strong hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R Experience in project management and change management processes Knowledge of business intelligence and visualization tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI
