Provider Success Consultant - Pay for Quality

Job Title Provider Success Consultant – Pay for Quality (P4Q) Location & Work Arrangements Hybrid: 1-2 days in-office per week, optional alternate locations within commuting distance. Occasional travel to local provider sites. East Coast or Central Time Zones preferred. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive provider assessments to identify growth opportunities. Engage in continuous consulting cycle: assessment, root‑cause analysis, strategy development, implementation, and outcomes tracking. Assist providers in executing action plans focused on population health, patient satisfaction, and quality performance. Lead collaborative meetings with provider staff and internal stakeholders. Design and deliver tailored learning opportunities to support implementation. Educate providers on proprietary tools, data and technology to improve metrics. Use data analytics to monitor key performance metrics and inform decisions. Accurately document action plans and outcomes in Salesforce. Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with physicians, providers, and health systems. Advise executives on segment‑specific strategies (incentive programs, quality management, etc.). Make independent judgments on complex issues with minimal supervision. Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent education/experience (minimum 3 years healthcare experience). Proven consulting experience in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare plans and quality‑focused care principles. Excellent analytical skills and strategic decision‑making ability. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $71,600–$118,140 based on location and experience.
