At Dermazen Spa, we're part of a fast-growing luxury spa group known for cutting-edge treatments, VIP clients, and serious results. Our services range from $1,500 to $25,000 and are 100% appointment-based. Think exclusive, high-touch, and highly transformative.
We're on the hunt for a full-time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager who knows how to close high-ticket deals and create unforgettable client experiences. If you love beauty, skincare, and luxury and you know your way around a sales goal keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing As part of the front-line sales team, you'll be the go-to guide for clients as they begin (or continue) their skincare transformation journey. You'll work hand-in-hand with licensed estheticians and help clients commit to long-term, customized treatment plans that deliver results.
Sales Supervisor Duties
- Run high-impact, consultation-style appointments with new and returning clients
- Hit daily sales targets ($3,500+ yes, it's totally doable)
- Track client progress, purchases, and feedback in our CRM
- Deliver an exceptional, white-glove client experience every step of the way
Sales Manager Duties
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Optimize the client journey from first contact to full transformation
- Jump in to help close big-ticket packages and coach team members to success
