Outside Parts Sales Representative As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, TICO, Hino and Isuzu dealership, we have 16 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Tennessee. Job Duties: Present and promote products and services to drive sales Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Determine customer needs and propose appropriate solutions Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product lines Identify potential product lines to add to our business Travel to customer locations to demonstrate products & services Assist customers with purchasing and billing questions Follow up on new leads and referrals Communicate with parts and service team to ensure prompt service of sale Gather information on products, pricing, new product offerings, delivery schedules and sales techniques used by competitors to ensure we provide superior customer service Other duties as assigned Desired Competencies: Knowledge and experience within the sales field Passion for sales Excellent communication skills Organized and detail oriented Proficient with computers Team Player Self- Aware: thrives in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to meet changing demands Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Basic math skills 2+ years' experience in the sales field preferred Benefits: Commission percentage on sales Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K with company matching Company paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability Insurance Additional voluntary life insurance We're an equal opportunity employer.
