We provide legal, financial and employee administration through TMF Group’s teams in 120 offices. Discover the Role We're looking for an analyst for capital markets, for our New York Office! Key Responsibilities Support Treasury function, including: Setting up and maintaining bank accounts Reviewing and initiating wire transfers Various treasury/cash management functions Support Loan Administration, including: Day to day management of loan deals including bi-lateral and syndicated loans Support trade lifecycle from closing, funding, and post-settlement events Knowledge of day count conventions, interest rate calculations, amortization schedules, amendments, and assignments Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task LOANIQ experience is a plus Support Accounting function, including: Financial reporting, including completion of the month-end close process and preparation of financial statements for securitization entities Build financial models and perform financial analysis to track the performance of ABS programs Cash management including building and running periodic waterfall models and preparation of settlement and/or investor reports. Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as needed. Various other ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Experience: 2-3 years What’s in it for you?
