Role Description The Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role located in Kirkland, WA. Responsibilities include assisting prospective residents with property tours, handling lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining resident satisfaction through initiatives that encourage retention and addressing tenant inquiries or concerns promptly. The Leasing Consultant also supports lease administration processes to ensure compliance and accuracy of documentation. Qualifications Proficiency in handling Leases and Lease Administration tasks Strong Resident Retention and Customer Service skills to deliver an exceptional resident experience Effective Communication skills for interacting with residents, prospects, and team members Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, customer-focused environment Familiarity with property management software is a plus Prior experience in property leasing or real estate is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in related fields preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Avenue5 Residential
