We are currently seeking a highly qualified SLP to join our growing healthcare team for part-time work, offering pay from $70 to $85 per visit. Offering flexible schedules. We provide the highest quality of home care in the Denver, Elbert, Arapahoe, Adams, Douglas, Jefferson, Gilpin, El Paso, Boulder, Larimer, Clear Creek, Weld area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

• Provide interventions for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

• Educate clients and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques.

• Document assessments, interventions, and progress in compliance with agency policies.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation team members.

Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Colorado.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

• Experience in home health, rehabilitation, or geriatrics preferred.

• Strong communication and teaching skills to engage clients and families.

• Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in varied home environments.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance for home visits.
