Clinicians in our Day Treatment Program play a critical role in helping clients build the skills they need to succeed in school, at home, and in their communities.If you are passionate about making a lasting impact and want to be part of an organization that invests in both youth and staff, we encourage you to apply.What You'll DoCollaborate with a team of dedicated, creative, and growth-oriented clinicians who value learning and professional developmentProvide individualized clinical services including individual, family, multi-family, and group therapy for youth with significant trauma, mental health, and behavioral health needsSupport youth who may require offense-specific treatment servicesManage a blended caseload, typically consisting of 7–9 youthProvide services primarily within Shiloh House residential treatment and/or day treatment programs, with occasional outpatient support provided in home or office settingsDevelop, implement, and maintain trauma-informed behavioral strategies to meet client needsProvide guidance and planning support to direct care staff when appropriateCollaborate with residential and education teams to create strengths-based environments where youth can thriveComplete clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, court reports, and other required documentation in accordance with licensing and accreditation standardsParticipate in case management activities by collaborating with families and external partners, including probation officers, case workers, district liaisons, Guardian ad Litems, and other community professionalsParticipate in Clinical On-Call rotation after completing orientation, training, and shadowing. Clinicians typically participate only 2–3 times per quarter and most on-call support is provided virtually through Shiloh House's layered support system.Schedule: Monday to Friday, normal business hoursWhile the standard schedule is during normal business hours, occasional flexibility may be needed to meet the individual needs of clients, families, staff, and programs. This may include occasional evening hours.Office Location(s): PuebloWhat We're Looking ForMotivated, independent, creative, and innovativeStrengths-based and trauma-informed in their approachPassionate about supporting youth with complex needsComfortable working with highly acute populations while demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilienceA strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAble to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamProfessional when collaborating with internal teams and external partnersPrior experience working in a high-acuity environment and/or with offense-specific youth is preferred; however, Shiloh House is committed to supporting clinicians who are early in their careers and eager to grow.RequirementsMaster's degree in Counseling or a related field from a CACREP-accredited programMust be eligible for provisional licensure through DORA if not already licensedKnowledge and skill in assessment, diagnosis, case conceptualization, and treatment planningAbility and willingness to collaborate with professionals outside of the agencyValid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle recordAbility to successfully complete required background screening in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations, including:State criminal background checksFingerprintingSex offender registry searchesAbuse and neglect clearancesEquivalent checks from other states if applicable based on residency historyCompletion of required health evaluation or physical prior to beginning employment to confirm fitness for duty to include a TB test.Travel throughout the Denver metro area may be required using a personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
