Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Support financial planning activities by developing forecasts, budgets and performance projections. Prepare executive level reports that summarize financial results, operational metrics and business trends. Lead revenue and expense forecasting efforts while monitoring overall financial performance. Partner with accounting, sales, operations and purchasing teams to evaluate results and investigate variances. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency and financial decision making. Requirements A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Bring progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting or forecasting functions. Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial statements, performance metrics and reporting processes. Possess advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large amounts of financial data. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions and leadership levels. Qualifications Analyze financial and operational trends to provide actionable business insights. Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and reporting deadlines. Build collaborative relationships with cross functional teams to support strategic initiatives. Develop presentations and reporting packages that clearly communicate financial performance.
