Machine Operator

Position Title: Machine Operator Wage: $23.00/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday), 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Friday) or 10:00pm - 6:30am (Sunday - Thursday) Reached a dead end at your current job? This is a potential to hire position for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Machine Operator Responsibilities Operating all assigned equipment in accordance with safety standards, quality requirements, GMP’s, and job specifications Monitoring and operating beverage filling equipment, packaging lines, de-palletizers, and stackers to ensure optimal performance and product quality Performing equipment start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns in a safe and efficient manner Conducting routine inspections and identifying mechanical issues; promptly reporting concerns to maintenance and leadership Performing clean-in-place and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and food safety standards Accurately documenting production data, machine settings, downtime, and quality checks per protocols Ensuring all finished products meet company quality standards for volume, labeling, packaging, coding, and appearance Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and making necessary adjustments to minimize downtime and maintain production flow Monitoring production lines for jams or material issues and taking corrective action as needed Assisting with proper line setup and ensuring correct materials are used Performing regular case inspections to verify product quality and compliance Maintaining clean and organized work area Supporting team operations across production lines as needed to ensure smooth workflow Completing all required documentation accurately and thoroughly Requirements for Machine Operator High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior manufacturing experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
