POSITION – Molding Operator
JOB LOCATION – Port Washington, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 5:00am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday
STARTING PAY – $20 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Willing to train
As a molding operator, you will be working in a manufacturing environment removing rubber parts from molds, trimming excess material, and ensuring products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.
Responsibilities
- Remove rubber parts from molds in a timely manner
- Trim excess material to meet product specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
- Willingness to learn and be trained on processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and use hand tools as needed
