Position Type: Full-Time Position with no overtime (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Day Shift. Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and grow with the company. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is ambitious, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• General warehouse maintenance and upkeep
• Organize, clean and maintain inventory and warehouse storage areas
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with inventory management
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Duties may extend beyond standard warehouse responsibilities to include additional tasks aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No forklift certification required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Fluent English required
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred
